Nowfal, a bright young boy full of dreams, has been struck by a devastating crisis. Both his kidneys have suddenly failed, leaving him fighting for his life. His father, helpless yet heroic, has stepped forward to donate one of his own kidneys to save his beloved son. But time is slipping away, and the path to survival is steep.

The Cost of Hope:
